We help children understand their bodies, emotions, and strengths so they can move through life feeling regulated, capable, and confident.

Each session is purposeful, interest-driven, and rooted in whole-child development to ensure skills generalize beyond the therapy room. roOTs also offers support beyond direct therapy sessions, These services are available to help parents feel confident and prepared when advocating for their child’s needs.
This will include a 1:1 initial meeting with your OT to discuss family needs. This could include individual routines/schedules, understanding your child's communication style as they navigate emotions/feelings, sensory needs, GLOWS and ?, use of visuals in the home/community setting, home environment evaluation to consider possible environmental triggers, recommendations on how to embrace family outings, how to play - what does child led look like?, what does living an adult life look like for you autistic son/daughter?
Your therapist will review your child’s Evaluation Summary Report (ESR), Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504 Plan, Progress Reports, or other similar documents and provide notes and recommendations for clarity and next steps.
Your therapist will provide guidance and advocacy support before, during, and/or after school meetings to help families navigate educational planning with confidence.
The integration of speech, physical and occupational therapy services within the same clinic provides a meaningful advantage for children and their families by supporting a holistic, coordinated approach to care. Co-location fosters seamless communication and collaboration between therapists, allowing for the development of comprehensive treatment plans that address multiple areas of development at once.
